RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Please note that for hygiene reasons, the following items from our collection cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Accessories (including scarves, belts, and beanies if tags have been removed)
  • Last Chance items (clearance/sale items marked as final sale)

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Step 1: Submit Your Request

Step 2: Wait for Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, you will receive a return authorization email with instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.

Step 3: Package Your Items

Carefully package the items in their original packaging, including all tags and labels. Include a copy of your order confirmation or the return form provided in your authorization email.

Step 4: Ship Your Return

Ship your return using the provided label or a trackable shipping service. We recommend keeping your shipping receipt until your return is processed.

REFUNDS

Processing Time

Once we receive your return, please allow:

  • 3-5 business days for inspection and processing
  • Additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your original payment method

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB)
  • PayPal

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the cost of standard shipping for the replacement item.

EXCHANGES

We are happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. If the item you wish to exchange for is out of stock, we will process a refund instead.

For international returns (outside the United States), customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional shipping fees incurred during the return process.
